24 Hour Monitoring

Your fire alarm can be linked to one of ADT Fire Solutions' permanently staffed, Alarm Receiving Centres. If the smoke detector alarm activates, a signal is automatically sent to the ARC, who will then inform the Fire Brigade.

Alarm Receiving Centre

ADT Fire Detection Systems continuously check for the symptoms of fire with smoke detectors, and as soon as any are sensed, the control panel signals the ADT ALARM RECEIVING CENTRE. Within 30 seconds of receiving the signal, the Fire Department will have been dispatched and designated key holders informed.

24 Hour Technical Services

We back our state of the art fire systems with a 24-hour technical support service and a standby team of highly qualified technicians is also available whenever needed. Our international teams of professional engineers from Tyco Safety Products are also on hand to assist at a moment’s notice.

Designer Fire Solutions

Our qualified team of design engineers are also at our client’s disposal for the designing and engineering of fire systems, and should you need only design work to bedone ADT will willingly oblige. The services of Tyco Safety Product engineers are also available and can be utilised at any stage.
