Leadership Development Programme

As Professor McSwain of Lincoln University points out, leadership is about setting and not just reacting to agendas, listening and observing, identifying problems, encouraging dialogue, being able to articulate values and visions, and initiating change, that makes for substantial improvement, rather than managing change.
We provide programmes for senior, middle and junior management which run over three years and include classroom training, syndicate work, coaching, presentations and psychometric assessments and cover modules such as priority management and problem solving, operational efficiency, customer-centric service as well as change diversity training.
