Everyday we are faced with different complaints from clients which is why I would like to share my experience with you. It is always easy to complain but very seldom do people give credit where due.

Last week my daughter and friend were held up in an armed robbery and assault incident in my home just after I left for work.  This was naturally extremely traumatic for all of us. I had not yet had time to install an alarm as we had only moved in a week prior to the robbery.

I had my alarm installed yesterday, the alarm activated and ADT's response was FANTASTIC.  I don't think it was more than three minutes and the armed guard was at the gate. I feel much safer now and my only regret was not installing the alarm the day we moved in.

I have been involved in a number of incidences at work where we have needed medical emergency and each time the response from both ADT and a medical partner has been prompt, efficient and extremely professional.
