Dear ADT

I called ADT for a quote for a new alarm installation at a new office premises. The VERY SAME DAY I was advised to meet Dawn Brian onsite for a quote. Dawn was on time, and I was presented with a excellent quotation and a very good inspection and advice.

I accepted the quotation and the alarm has just been installed today - the technician Lionel and Tshepo did a fantastic job on the installation - everything was done very neatly, very quickly, and I am very impressed by the attention to neatness they provided.

I was trained up on the system and everything was working once they were done.

I am highly impressed with the service I have received from all concerned!
