I have been directed to you by the call center and I do hope you are the correct person.

I am a resident in Northleigh Crescent Riverclub and serve on the security committee in my area. I have been meaning to write to you for sometime to highly commend one of your reaction officers for his unbelievable concern that he has shown in keeping us safe. I really feel with Chris around in my suburb that I am safer with ADT. On not once but several occasions I have called him due to a concern of security at my premises or loiters in the area. He is always at my premises within seconds. Further he has twice used his own cell phone to call me back to check if everything was OK as he is unable to use the ADT cell phone in the car to dial out. I think that in itself is indicative of his commitment and concern. He is always very professional in his approach and I think after years of serving on security committees I can define what is a committed and service oriented security person.
