My Story 

Dear ADT

On Monday 12 April 2010 around 16:00 my alarm was activated due to a break-in at my house.

I wish to let you know that I was really impressed with the service that I received from the ADT personnel. Unfortunately, I do not have the names of the people involved, but I am sure you can find the names from your records.

The officer, who detected that windows had been broken, stayed at my house until I got home; contacted the police on my behalf; stayed with me while the police came and I made a statement.

He stayed until his supervisor could come and release him, as it was past the end of his shift. The supervisor came, introduced himself and then stayed in his car outside my house until the people from PG Glass came to replace the broken windows – which happened at around 20:00.

I am very grateful for the service and support that I received from these two gentlemen.
