Following a fruitful partnership between Fidelity ADT and the Durban Jewish Club, an opportunity to extent this comprehensive safety net to the rest of the community was born.
Fidelity ADT district manager, Vaughan Pillay said the success of the strategy implemented by Fidelity ADT in cooperation with the Community Security Organisation (CSO) in protecting Jewish installations in the area prompted the South African Jewish Board of Deputies (SAJBD), KZN Natal Council to negotiate a deal to create a central point of control for all security services provided to the community. Ten percent of the monthly armed response and monitoring fees are paid back to the SAJBD for use by the CSO, further bolstering the security arm of the community. Those who switch to Fidelity ADT will not only benefit from commercial and residential armed response and monitoring but also 24 hour medical response provided by ER24 that is included in the monthly fee.
In the past, home protection was sufficient to give you piece of mind but today we are a lot more mobile and more than ever need a guardian angel looking over us wherever we go. A minimal additional fee gives customers access to Fidelity ADT FindU which is basically a mobile panic button in your pocket that keeps you and your family safe outside your home. FindU uses your smartphone’s GPS to track your location and lead responders straight to you. It also records and sends sound and video to your rescuers to help them find you quicker and be thoroughly prepared for what they may find.
When an alert is sent, it is instantly patched through to the Fidelity ADT FindU monitoring centre as well as an emergency contact that you nominate. For more information or to take advantage of this offer, contact Community Development Manager Lee Munsami from Fidelity ADT on 031 716 5563.
