Fidelity ADT has selected Netcare 911 as its new preferred partner for emergency medical assistance and advice.
Commenting on the partnership, Vaughan Pillay district manager for KwaZulu-Natal says, “We constantly evaluate all our partners with the aim of offering value-added services, over and above our core security offering, to our customers. Netcare 911 operates across KwaZulu-Natal and boasts a comprehensive team of fully trained paramedics who are able to ensure families get the help most needed during a medical emergency or life threatening situation.”
Pillay says the medical support, which is included in their monthly subscription, is available to customers 24 hours a day. Netcare 911’s provincial footprint and exceptional service record make them an ideal medical assistance partner for Fidelity ADT. “With the partnership agreement both companies can leverage and coordinate our resources to further enhance customer service quality while providing valuable benefits to customers,” he says.
Shaun Paul, regional manager for Netcare 911 in KwaZulu-Natal, echoed Pillay’s sentiments. “We are extremely excited about the new partnership with Fidelity ADT and look forward to making a positive contribution to the wellbeing and safety of their customers and the greater KwaZulu-Natal public. Netcare 911 and Fidelity ADT are both strong brands with sound business principles and we feel that our value systems will complement each other perfectly. This partnership will ultimately assist us to better serve our communities and to keep them safe, especially during the current COVID-19 pandemic,” says Paul.
Pillay confirms complementary services will include telephonic trauma counselling, critical incident management, emotional support and access to emergency medical assistance. Face-to-face counselling and emergency air transport is also available but on a pay on use basis.
“Due to the current crime and health profile in our country, medical support and counselling has become an increasingly integral part of our service offering. We are delighted with the new partnership and look forward to further enhancing our service offering to the residents of KwaZulu-Natal,” he concludes.
