Moving Home

Fill Out the Moving Letter Form

Email your form to alwaysthere.i@adt.co.za if you live in an inland area, or alwaysthere.c@adt.co.za if you live in a coastal area. Make your email subject ‘Moving Request’.

Confirmation and Reference

You’ll receive an email confirming your request and supplying you with a reference number.

We'll Contact You

One of our Relocation Agents will get in touch to finalise the process.

Approval

Once your application is processed you’ll receive written confirmation of the final date of service.

Reconnection

Once you’re settled, give us a call or visit adt.co.za and fill in the enquiry form. We’ll reconnect your service and continue to be Always There for you.
